Responsibilities
- Lead a data-driven, fast-paced, and hyper-quality-driven team of security researchers and threat-intelligence analysts.
- Oversee research and intelligence processes, while continuously improving efficiency and quality.
- Hire security researchers and threat analysts, and coordinate their training and on-boarding.
- Prepare the group for growth and fast scaling in terms of both team size and business scale.
- Foster and embrace innovation in any aspect of the group, product, technology and operations.
- Make sure the different teams are in sync, working as a coherent unit and in the most efficient way.
- Design strategies for future development projects based on the company’s overall objectives and resources.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years as a Security Research Lead or in a similar senior-level position in a fast-paced organization.
- Superb leadership abilities and a strategic mindset and hunger for efficiency and improvement.
- Hands-on experience in security research.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience in the field of Web and SaaS research — advantage.
- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field — advantage.
- Alumnus of a technological unit in the IDF — advantage.
- Data science and business intelligence experience — advantage.
