What we're looking for
An experienced product designer to lead all design efforts and help shape vision, product strategy, and user experience in an emerging enterprise security space. As our first Design hire, you'll have a chance to shape the culture and process of design at Canonic and will play a pivotal product role.
What you'll do
- Immerse yourself in company strategy, user research, and data to understand our biggest opportunities for growth and product evolution
- Craft designs through every stage of the process: From exploratory concept through pixel-perfect, shipped UI
- Partner with PM to define roadmaps, goals, and success metrics focused on the most exciting and high-impact problems
- Manage the design deliverables and creative elements of the product with internal & external designers
- Take part in customer feedback sessions to verify usability UX and design coherency

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Product Design
- Proven experience in complex UX processes and overseeing the deliverables in the design lifecycle
- Solid design foundation, and proven hands-on experience in providing visual solutions that are innovative and consistent
- Proficiency with design and UX tools (Figma & Sketch)
